Get Right Fitness
Last Updated: November 6, 2025
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Get Right Fitness (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our App, including any image-derived body composition, waist, or hip measurement features.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, date of birth, gender, and contact details.
- Health & Fitness Data: Weight, height, body measurements, activity level, dietary preferences, goals, and any self-reported medical or health information you choose to provide.
- Image & Biometric-Related Data: Photos, videos, or image captures of your body (e.g., full-body, waist, or hip images) that you voluntarily upload or capture using the App, as well as derived metrics such as estimated body fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference, DVI, DVA, or related indices.
- Usage Data: App interactions, device type, IP address, app version, crash logs, and approximate location (if enabled).
- Payment Data: If you purchase a subscription, we may collect billing-related information via secure third-party payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Certain information we collect, such as health data, images of your body, and derived body composition metrics, may be considered “sensitive personal information,” “health information,” or “biometric information” under applicable law.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and personalize nutrition, coaching, and wellness services;
- Generate and display body composition estimates, waist/hip measurements, trends, and analytics;
- Operate and improve AI models and algorithms used to provide estimates (including image analysis);
- Improve app functionality, performance, and user experience;
- Respond to customer service requests and technical support inquiries;
- Send updates, reminders, or promotional messages (with your consent where required).
We may use de-identified and/or aggregated data (that does not identify you personally) for research, analytics, and product improvement.
Images & Retention
Images and videos you provide for measurement may be:
- Processed on your device and/or on secure servers to generate estimates;
- Temporarily cached for processing; and
- Not retained longer than reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, unless you opt to save or store them (if such feature is offered).
We aim to minimize storage of raw images and, where possible, retain only derived metrics (e.g., waist circumference, body fat estimates) rather than the original images. However, actual practices may vary depending on technical and product considerations, and will be described in in-app notices where applicable.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:
- Third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment processors, AI service providers) who assist us in delivering app features and are bound by contractual data protection obligations;
- Integrations you enable (e.g., Apple HealthKit, Google Fit), subject to their respective privacy policies;
- Authorities, if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We do not share your images or biometric-related information for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.
Your Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to:
- Access your data;
- Correct or update your data;
- Delete your data;
- Withdraw consent (which may affect your ability to use certain features);
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at info@GetRightFitness.com.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

If you access the App from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers may be located.
